Loud.TV is a digital media platform that delivers entertainment and advertising content through video displays installed on vehicles. You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform only for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
All payments are processed securely through our platform.
Loud.TV acts as an intermediary platform and is not directly liable for the actions of individual drivers.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state and country where the platform is being used with our authorization, as evidenced by a legal contract of use. Any disputes arising from the use of Loud.TV will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state and country. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
